Your personal number (PIN) is initially set as your birth date, using the MMDDYY format. If you don’t remember your current PIN, you must request a new PIN in person at the BCC Student Service Center in B125 on the main campus or the main desk at North Campus. Your personal number (PIN) is initially set by Human Resources and is different than your student PIN. If you don't remember your current PIN, please contact Human Resources at (425) 564-2274.

You could change your PIN to a number that is easier to remember ensuring that you do not use numbers that others could easily guess. You will be able to change your PIN to a more memorable four-digit number at most UK cash machines.

Go to the home page choose the ???My Account' option and log in. Click on ???Change my Mobile PIN'. Then follow the instruction to reset your PIN.

If you have forgotten your OneCard PIN, you must go to the OneCard Office in person to have it changed. The OneCard office cannot change PIN numbers via email or telephone for your security.

You do not need to remember your PIN to take an exam that you ordered. Just go the Brainbench main menu and click the View or Take an Unused Exam link. If you're still having trouble, contact us at Citigroup OnLine Learning customer support and fill out a support request or chat online with a representative.

On the "Banner UserID Authentication form" mentioned earlier, you should have selected an item of personal information which we can use to verify your identity. If you lose your password, then you can call tICS Customer Support (Help Desk) (local 3398) to have it reset. You will be asked to provide your name, staff ID number, and the above-mentioned personal information. If you cannot identify yourself satisfactorily, then unfortunately your password cannot be reset over the telephone.

You need to contact our 24/7 Customer Support Centre. They will ask some personal questions, based on the information you've entered in the registration process.

TickerFactory.com does not use any registration system or ask for any personal identification (such as email address). Tickers using data that needs updating (weight loss, exercise...) only require you to know the ticker web address and the PIN protecting the modifications to its data. The PIN prevents unwanted modification of the ticker while allowing you to keep the same web address for your ticker.
