The Preschools are open from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. The After School Program has before school care from 7:30am to 9:00 am, and then reopens from 1:00 pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Preschools are open year-round and are closed on major holidays with a week off during the Winter holidays. The After School Program is closed during major school holidays as well as during the summer, two weeks for the Winter holidays and one week for Spring break.

Our dispatch office is open 24 hours, 7 days a week including all holidays. An experienced flight coordinator is always ready to assist you.

The Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is CLOSED from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily for lunch. There is an exception to this… if a Judge holds court through lunch, we would ask that someone from the courts contact the Center so that staffing arrangements can be made. Your child would be cared for during this time and we would ask that when you are released for a break that you come and visit with your child.

While no formal service level agreement exists, the vision for myUFL is 99.9% uptime. That amounts to 8 hours of downtime (planned and unplanned) per year. myUFL is designed and operated to be a 24 by 7 by 365 days a year service. Unplanned downtime is very rare due to the redundant components and general system architecture. Planned downtime is sometimes required for database upgrades. Canal System locks and lift bridges operate from early May to November.
