We must start off by LEGALLY saying you should always consult your physician first, when dealing with something like BPH. But, doctors don't always know best and you should also do your OWN research too. With that said, research has recently found that LOW testosterone is the cause of prostate problems. Additionally, a subsequent rise in Estrogens (female hormones) and DHT (a male androgen causing hair loss and prostate problems), combined with LOW testosterone is the cause.
