Yes, you can. If you have a document that contains pages separated by blank ones then you can split it into multiple files at blank pages that serve as document separators. Every range of pages between blanks will be saved into separate PDF document. Blank pages will not be included into output documents.

The pages are blank (not ruled) and are made from high quality acid-free parchment paper. Lined pages can be printed for a small fee, however most of my customers specifically request unlined paper. If you are printing blank pages from GALILEO databases, it may be that you are trying to print a .pdf file by using the File option in the top left hand of the screen. Try printing a .pdf file by using the print option that is within the Adobe Acrobat Reader screen.

LaTeX splits footnotes when it can think of nothing better to do. Typically, when this happens, the footnote mark is at the bottom of the page, and the complete footnote would overfill the page. LaTeX could try to salvage this problem by making the page short of both the footnote and the line with the footnote mark, but its priorities told it that splitting the footnote would be preferable. always, the best solution is to change your text so that the problem doesn't occur in the first place.
