We offer several models of beeper collars. There is the TB-250 with a 400 yard range and the PB-500 with a 750 yard range. First, we need to resynchronize the receiver to the transmitter and make sure the proper probes are being used on the dog. It is not a indefinite choke but is only intended to keep you dog safely in his/her collar. If correctly adjusted it will only tighten enough to prevent you hound from backing out of his/her collar. Sighthounds typically wear this style of collar because their heads are smaller that their necks but All Breeds of dogs can wear these collars.

Machine-washing our products is fine. Some people use a mesh bag (to save wear-and-tear on the inside of the tub), others just put them in with jeans and similar sturdy clothes. The key points are warm, not hot water; mild soap, no bleach; and air dry only - don't put them in the dryer or the nylon may get all shriveled! For extreme situations, pre-soaking in an enzymatic cleaner like Nature's Miracle or Simple Solution may be helpful. If bad dog-smell is an ongoing problem, consult your vet.

No. A martingale is a mechanical aid often employed as an accessory to a bitted bridle, in order to prevent a horse from throwing-up its head (head shaking). But as most instances of head shaking are caused by the bit, if you remove the bit you do not need a martingale. Some riders that that have been using a running martingale previously with a bitted bridle, may not feel comfortable in dispensing with this gadget immediately.
