However, when the outside temperature goes below 4 degrees Celsius the auxiliary heating system might kick in to supply the added heat needed to keep the house at your desired temperature.

No. It may be more advantageous to break your house into several small projects. Sometimes even a relatively small project like setting up a bill-paying center can save much time and energy and give you the motivation you need to tackle larger products.

It depends. You need to consider the room or house size when purchasing candles. For example - a large room needs a large candle, a small room needs a small candle and an entire house may need multiple candles. Tea Lights are great for scenting small areas such as bathrooms. The reason is that the fragrance comes from the "melt pool" of the candle, and the larger the diameter of the container, the larger the melt pool. And remember, all fragrances are not created equal.

See "why I like plaster" above. (Just kidding) We seal off all doorways with a heavy plastic and blue tape (buy the best tape you can). Any door that must be accessed gets a zipper door. That is a long zipper that attaches to the plastic and creates an access without removing the tape. As an added protection, place an old towel at the threshold of each door. Even the best taped plastic gets kicked around. Shut off all ducts to that area of the house.

A mild abrasive cleaner or non-metallic abrasive pad will remove the heat discoloration. Some of these products may change the finish on the pot.
