As far as I know, you can only get Bass at special events from Capcom. (As with "Mew" in "Pokémon") Those areas need a special condition to be entered. I don't currently know every one... For Internet-14, you need to collect at least 10 chips from Internet-13. For mixing the sounds usually need to be seperated. You could make patches where each sound comes out of a different socket. If there are not enough outputs, you could write seperate sequences which play only some of the sounds at once. Unfortunately, no. You only get 4 layers to modify in each Preset, and this includes the factory drum kits. However there is a limited work around. First, you assign each layer to be a different drum hit sample with Transpose turned off and a limited Key Range. Then use the Link Presets feature to link two more similarly set up Presets to the current one.
