In case your download isn't working or you have some issues downloading, here are some tips to help you. Turn off all other internet applications. Leave your connection available for your download only. Some lesser quality connections will benefit from this. Depending on your connection speed and your computer's hardware, multitasking while downloading may not be a good idea.

On some systems, you must reboot your computer after installing to get the Web Player to work. Also check to make sure you are using one of the supported web browsers.

If you are using a voice modem, every few months you should check your modem manufacturer's web site for updated INF files for your modem. HP digital cameras cannot directly download cards larger than 32MB to W2K or XP. You will need to use a CompactFlash reader.

Verify that your HTML code is identical to the code the Tag Generator provides. Be sure to copy all of the code. Some web-editing programs will alter the code after you paste it into your page. All Windows compatible controllers can be use for VRC, but in some cases you need controller specific software to configure- and calibrate your device. For the ultimate R/C experience we recommend the VRC-2 USB adaptor, which can be bought in our e-shop. The VRC-2 USB enables you to use your own radio transmitter as the USB device is simply connected to your receiver! Only the VRC-2 USB adaptor can be calibrated within the VRC game.

There are a myriad of reasons why things might not be working in concert with one another, before you buy something, check the company's website and make sure that it is appropriate for what you want to do. Editing programs will give indications of minimum computer requirements, interfaces will usually indicate which programs they will connect with, etc.
