After May 15 of each year, your file will be reviewed and a letter will be sent to you notifying you of your status.

HRTP will contact applicants regarding their application status. Please do not contact the HRTP office regarding the status of your application once you have received confirmation of receipt. Applicants for the Spring Session will be notified no later than the second week of January. Summer Session applicants will be notified no later than the first week of April. Applicants will receive an email stating whether they are being considered for an internship.

Because we only invite those to audition for the School of Music that are already cleared by the Office of Admissions, you will usually know if you are accepted to the School of Music before you leave campus on audition day!

We will send you a confirmation of your acceptance about two weeks after we receive your application.

The Admissions Office will notify applicants by letter regarding acceptance status after an application and transcripts have been received. SWAU will issue an I-20 after an academic acceptance is granted and a Certificate of Finance with acceptable documentation, a Personal Data form, a deposit and the pre-payment have been received.

The Laurentian University Registrar will forward a letter of offer to advise you of your acceptance into the online H.B.Com program. With this letter, you will receive a request for acknowledgement of the offer which you must return to the university promptly. The degree requirements form will also be included with your letter of offer. This form is a “roadmap” to your degree. It outlines the course requirements needed to complete the online H.B.Com program.

Answer: The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will communicate admissions decisions to applicants by mail in late-November to mid-December of the year the application was submitted. This gives you time to plan winter and/or spring/summer courses that you still need to complete. Answer: A wait list is determined at the time of admissions. Applicants placed on this list are ranked.

If you have course work that you believe is relevant to the Massage Therapy Program you may qualify for exemptions from some courses. Please review the program curriculum and determine which courses you think you may qualify to be exempted from on the basis of your past education.

Answer: When you apply to Weber State University you are required to have a copy of all previous transcripts sent for evaluation to the transfer office. It takes 2-3 weeks for these transcripts to be evaluated. At this point we can tell you exactly where you stand with general education and departmental credits. We can look at a copy of your transcripts prior to applying to the University to advise you as to departmental standing in regards to support courses and program requirements.

There are two ways to be accepted into the program. If you reside in a nursing home facility and are currently receiving Long Term Care Medicaid benefits, you can apply now. Contact Senior Services & Community Transit at 410-996-5295 to get information about the program. If you live in the community (your own home, apartment or an Assisted Living Home), call 1-866-417-3480 to place your name on the state Registry, the waiting list for the program.
