Scores range from 1-5 with 5 being the highest in the Brainbench scoring system. Within that range, Brainbench recognizes two levels of achievement for standard assessments. A score between 2.75 – 3.99 earns the test taker the standard certification while a score of 4.0 or higher certifies a master level of achievement. The proficiency levels describe in very general terms what typical examinees know and their capabilities in an applied setting.

If a student does not receive the minimum score required on the admission test, they have three (3) options: a) Take the test again. Sometimes, if the score is close and the student feels the low score was due to test anxiety or a bad testing day, this option is the easiest and most convenient. However, this is not the option to choose if the deadline for resolving provisional admission status is near. b) Take the other admissions test. Different people will do well on different tests.

You have the right to control the information that ETS has regarding your test score. No one will see your scores unless you designate them as a score recipient.

Your score report provides your test results for the test administration date indicated on the report. For each test you took, the report lists your total test score, whether or not you met the qualifying score, and an indication of your performance in each subarea or section of the test. For each subarea or section, the score report indicates the number of test questions (within a general range, e.g., 1-10, 11-20) that are in this section of the test.

There is not a required score for the NET test. However, the higher you score on the NET, the better chance that you have to be admitted to the Practical Nursing program.

There is no minimum required test score for the GRE. It is one part of the total application process. We also consider your overall academic performance, experience, and commitment to the health care profession. The minimum required TOEFL score is 230 (computer based), 570 (paper based), or 88 (internet based). Official TOEFL scores from ETS from the previous two years must be sent directly to the Office of Admission for the School for Health Studies.

A score of 500 (TOEFL), 173 (TOEFLC) or 45 (TOFEL IBT-on combined reading, listening, and writing) or higher is required in order to be admitted. Admitted applicants with a score between 500 and 580 will need to take additional ESL courses. Scores on individual parts of the test may vary to some extent from occasion to occasion; if you are retaking the test you may be able to make limited improvements in your result. However, taking the test on multiple occasions will not substantially improve your IELTS scores. Research indicates that scores are unlikely to improve dramatically without extensive English language tuition.

NOC will soon introduce a test for recruitments .Companies which accepts the common test score can select students based on this sore. As of now you can leave this field blank till you take a common test.

This is not necessary because you will receive a detailed certificate which presents your achievements in all parts of the test. The universities will weight your achievements depending of the course of study you are applying for. You will not see the predicate "passed" or "failed" in any part of the test, and there is no minimum score for the test or for any part of it.

There is no minimum GMAT or GRE test score required, although the faculty are most interested in applicants with the highest quantitative scoring. For the old TOEFL, there is an MIT minimum requirement of 577 for the paper testing, 233 for the computer-based test, and 90-91 for the internet-based test. No. Our school is open to people with all levels of English from beginners who don't know a word of English to advanced students who are almost fluent and want to work on particular areas of fluency, grammar or vocabulary. We offer eleven levels of classes so there is a place for everyone.

Yes, both the ACT and the SAT allow students to take the test several times. A number of students take the tests during their junior year of high school and then again in their senior year. And sometimes scores do improve enough to make the difference for a particular student. But there is no guarantee that a student's scores will improve. If you want to improve your scores, you should see about doing some things to prepare first. Talk to a counselor before you take a test over.
