ANWSER: Read the INSTALL NOTES ! It's explained in there, you have to copy a so called crack to your game dir. The crack is usually located in the Crack folder on the CD. Usually there's just 1 file but sometimes there are more, copy all of them to your game dir where the main exe file is located. Overwrite it and try to run the game again. You can now play without a CD ! Be sure that you downloaded the anti-leech plugin, when you click on a link you'll be asked to install the plugin.

This means that you have a SIM locked phone and will have to go to your previous carrier to obtain the unlock code.

Check your order confirmation message to make sure you are trying with the correct code. It should have 17 symbols including two "-" and you have to type them all without mistakes. For example, quite common mistake is to type a letter "O" instead of correct cipher "0". You can avoid typing by using copy & paste.

The LH and LG CDROMs are designed for running on a specific computer configuration. Please make sure that your computer system has the minimum requirements for the CDROM. It is printed on the back of the CDROM jewel case and also in the User Booklet. This will happen when you have an older CDROM drive. You will require atleast 8X CDROM drive, a 16X or better is recommended. Check audio driver setting and the Win95 configuration for your particular sound card.

You may need to make a DOS boot disk. Take a blank disk, and either go to a DOS prompt and type SYS A:, or right click on 3½ Floppy, and select Format, then select Copy System Files Only and press Start. You may be able to solve this problem also by editing your CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files. I've found that a CONFIG.SYS file beginning with something like this works well: DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.

The Volume Manager (vold) is probably holding the device open. You can access a floppy through the volume manager by typing "volcheck" and looking in /floppy/*. CD-ROMs don't require volcheck; just insert one and the volume manager should automatically notice, and mount it under /cdrom/*. Unmount by typing "eject floppy" or "eject cdrom", respectively. When starting the game, you will receive an error requesting that you insert the correct disk in the drive. Commandos 2 uses the third disk for launching the game. Please ensure that you have disk three (3) in the drive prior to starting the game. Disc 1 is not the game disc. In the UK version of the game you do not need a disc in the CD-ROM in order to play the game.
