You will first need to get your midwife/doctor's approval to begin a new exercise program. You will begin Pilates on the Apparatus by scheduling private lessons with a qualified instructor. Apparatus Pilates best addresses the pregnant woman's changing physical needs, as it is a program developed for the individual. As your body changes, so will your workout. Certain positions and exercises are not appropriate during pregnacy.

We follow the belief that pregnant women should not start any new exercise program, therefore we will not train pregnant women who are new to Pilates.
