Go to the MailKit options page in the Options dialog and click the Browse button to locate the program file of Outlook Express. Usually the full path name will look something like "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe".

To create an mail account. Open Outlook. On the Tools menu, click Accounts. In the "Internet Accounts" dialog box, click the Add button and select Mail.
