In MIDI change the Rootkey of the Slot. The rootkey sets the middle C for each range and thus can be used to transpose.

In the Event/Matrix/Score editor double click (not single click; this is important) the MIDI-In status button. Now when you select a specific note, you can affect the velocity and pitch by triggering your controller. So this does what you want basically, but it alters both pitch and velocity together. So as long as you hit the correct note on your keyboard controller, you can edit the velocity via the sensitivity with which you strike your MIDI keyboard as you originally wanted to do.

Yes. For performances, our members must wear black dress slacks, long-sleeve white Oxford button-down shirts, black dress shoes and socks, and each band has its own unique patch and tie. Band members are responsible presently for purchasing their own dress slacks, shirts, shoes and socks with only the tie and patch supplied through our organization. During NABBA or other Concert Tours, we frequently provide a special shirt to be worn with Khakis.

YES, you must wear your complete uniform at each game. If you are not in your uniform you will be ineligible to play that game. Uniforms consist of a league issued jersey, league issued socks and league issued shorts. You must provide soccer cleats and shin guards.

In covered industries (hotels, motels, tourist places, restaurants, retail, wholesale and service establishments), your employer can do this only if no money passes from you to the employer either directly or indirectly for a required uniform. Vermont law places no limits on the number of hours an employer can require an employee to work. Absent a written agreement or a union contract, an employer has complete discretion to require mandatory overtime.

Beginners are not required to wear uniforms (called "karate-gi") during the first 3 months of practice. Any kind of light clothing that you can stretch and move easily in is OK. Beginning students do have the option of purchasing uniforms if they wish.
