You may return a rug pad only if it is unopened and if you received it less than three days previously. If the plastic wrapping has been opened, you may not return it. If there is a manufacturer's defect, the rug pad will be replaced.

No. The only requirement is that the area that you place your chiller is also level. It can be located up to 20’ away from your rink with our standard design. We also recommend that the chiller be placed on the same level as the rink to help with the Glycol flow.

For smaller structures, you do not need a pad if the shed site is reasonably level, firm and well-drained. For larger structures we strongly recommend the area is professionally prepared and leveled with a firm foundation to help prevent warping of your structure over time. The clue is in the name. Recoil pads are fitted as a way of reducing the amount of felt recoil. Everyone feels recoil differently; some are more sensitive to it than others. Often we will fit a recoil in conjunction with other fitting working.
