This could be one of a number of problems, but the most frequent is a browser problem... Some browsers don't recognize the HTML code <INPUT TYPE=IMAGE...>. I think Netcom NetCruiser still has this problem, and older versions of other web browsers. You'll need to upgrade your web browser.

Exporting a gene list is very simple. Double-Click on a gene list in the left-hand column to bring up the Gene List Inspector window: This window gives you a number of exportation options. Clicking on Save to File… allows you to save the entire gene list to a tab delimited text file. Clicking Print List… allows you simply to print the list, and clicking Copy to Clipboard allows you to copy the entire list.

To export an image by using Flash Decompiler, please click on the [+] in front of Image folder to expand it and show all the image files used in this SWF file. Click any image file to show it in preview Window. Then pick the image you want by checking the square box in front of it. Last, click the "Export..." button and choose a valid save path. Now you have exported the image successfully. Flash Decompiler supports exporting the image in jpg, bmp or png format.

The OMIM Gene Map presents the cytogenetic locations of genes that are described in OMIM. It is a single file, presented in tabular format, listing genes from the p telomere of chromosome 1 through the q telomere of chromosome 22, followed by genes on the X and Y chromosomes (also in ptel to qtel order). It is because some image viewer does not support alpha channel correctly. Those viewers display black transparent background instead of white background. In order to avoid this please select Force Transparent White option on the export dialog box. It controls whether the encoder should force the image's fully transparent pixels to be fully transparent white instead of fully transparent black.

There are three ways to export the active worksheet as image. The standard way is to use "File->Export To Image". All Qt™ supported image formats are allowed. Yes. You may export an image or a background image by moving the mouse over the image with the right click of the mouse, then by selecting Menu "Image/Export to…" or click Menu "Page/Background/Export".

First of all, it always take some time for our scripts to redo the image map. After a day or so, if the problem isn't fixed, its probably just a cache problem. Please see appendix A in this FAQ for more info.
