The username and password system is case sensitive, which means "LukeGabriel" is not the same as "lukegabriel". Make sure your type your username and password exactly as they appear.

Only when you register your profile you get a Username and Password. If you are already a registered member, click on login at the right top of the title and fill in the username and password in the login screen and click Sign In button.

Don't panic, simply go to the logon page by clicking the 'Logon' button on the left menu, select the 'Lost Password' option and follow the instructions. If you are still having trouble logging onto the site and/or cannot complete the 'Lost Password' procedure please contact us by clicking the 'Contact' button on the left menu.

If your username or password is "JONES", but you're typing "Jones", you won't be able to login. Check and see if your "caps lock" is activated on your keyboard. Passwords are case sensitivie. If you have changed your security settings on your computer to reject "cookies" for Latin Love Search, you can't login. Latin Love Search uses "cookies" to know that you have logged in and to set your computers language preference. If you have previously been able to log into the site and can no longer do so, the problem may be either: you have to enter the username and password EXACTLY as you entered them when you signed up. The server is case sensitive, and upper and lower case must be exact or the login will be rejected. b) The login and password may have been disabled because the username and login was found to have been traded and multiple users logged in under the same password.

Several things can cause the username/password combination to fail. If you get a message resembling "Authenticate User bad Input", then the problem is probably with your password. In this case, you can change your password as mentioned above. If you do not receive an error message, or if you keep getting sent back to the logon screen, you may have a problem with the Java Virtual Machine (VM) on your computer.

From the appropriate Login screen, click on the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? hyperlink for help. The information will be e-mailed to you. Note that both your Username and Password are CASE-sensitive.

Some browsers automatically remember passwords for you when you type in your username. This can obviously cause a security problem when other people use your computer. In that case, we recommend that you disable this feature.

Included with the Webmin distribution is a program called changepass.pl to solve erecisely this problem. Assuming you have installed Webmin in /usr/libexec/webmin, you could change the password of the admin user to foo by running /usr/libexec/webmin/changepass.pl /etc/webmin admin foo
