All of our double rooms are equipped with one double bed. Should you wish to receive a room with two single separated bed instead it will be better to write this wish in the field note of the reservation form or, any case to inform us before the arrival. This way we may tell the maids to split the double bed in two single beds so that the room will be correctly configured to suit your needs.

The vast majority of students here are assigned to standard double rooms. We do, however, have a handful of rooms that are over-sized and designed to accommodate three students. The fee for these rooms is slightly less. These rooms are not double rooms that have been converted to triples to accommodate overcrowded conditions. Single rooms are scarce on the Midtown campus and in several of our Westside buildings.

There is eleven-and-a-half inches of clearance under all beds, except that Perkins beds have twenty inches of clearance. Some of the beds frames are metal with round feet. Some of the bed frames are wooden with big square feet. If you are thinking about putting risers under the feet, check that they could accommodate the large legs - or wait until you get here and know what your bed looks like.

a general rule, all of the rooms we book for our tours will have two queen or double beds, depending on availability, with the exception of bed and breakfast inns, nearly all of which have one bed per room.

Doubles and triples, regardless of the number of rooms, will come with one phone. Apartments will come with one phone as well. Quads or larger rooms may come with two physical phones based on layout, but will still have only one phone line even if there is more than one physical phone.

Acres Bed & Breakfast we take pride in giving great comfort at a great value. So many places today give you a low upfront price, but when you go to pay the bill you find its a lot more than you had anticipated and they try and nickel and dime you for everything. We don't like being treated like that and don't do it to our guests. There are no hidden costs with us.
