For measurement of round style watches: We measure the outside diameter of the case, not including the winding crown. Example: (36mm dia.). For measurement of square, rectangular or cushion style watches: The first measurement is taken across the case, outside edge to outside edge, not including the winding crown.

Sizes are indicated in both European and US sizing. Since many manufacturers use slightly different size conversions between the EURO and US sizes, it is safest to measure your foot from toe to heel and use the size chart to determine which size is most appropriate. When checking tire size it's not necessary to measure anything. The diameter of your existing hubcap or rim is not your wheel/rim size, and will not give you the correct dimension. All tires have a "size series" printed on them that contains the wheel/rim size. This series of numbers usually begins with a P. - (example: P175/70/R15) In the tire "size series" the two digit number following the R denotes your wheel/rim size.
