Make sure you have all the requirements as listed above. Sometimes there are network congestions and you will continue to see the buffering/loading screen. This is normal, just pause the video for a minute or two and try again. If you can view other video but not that particular videos, chances are the link is dead. If that is the case, you can report the broken link and a member of the staff will try to take a look at it for you.

There are a number of reasons you may not be able to view our videos. First, if you have a slower connection, the videos may be downloading unknowingly to you in the first place. The embedded video files do not always have a status bar of the download. We recommend turning on your Status Bar to see the progress.
