The library gratefully accepts donations of books and audio-visual materials. Donations are reviewed by library staff and are either added to the library's collection or offered for sale at the Library Book Sale, generally held in the spring. Proceeds from the book sales are used to support the collections and services of the library. Gifts may be dropped off at any time at the library's Technical Processing Department.

When committee reviews your research project it will provide you information on when those tapes have to be destroyed. In the event that you like to use the video tapes for demonstration, apart from the consent, you must also obtain a separate authorization from the subject for the use of the tape. ANSWER: The basic limits for lending outside the library for adults are 60 items for the entire automated network, of which no more than 40 items can be from the same automated branch and no more than 20 items can be CDs, cassettes or art collection materials. Limits for children registered on or after 6.6.2005 are reduced by one half, i.e. to 30/20/10.

The Library is a reference Library and readers cannot borrow books. We do participate in the interlibrary loan scheme, and will consider lending material to other institutions under the scheme.
