Meals are not included. There will be time for lunch and shopping at historic downtown Sonoma Square -- there are a variety of choices from pizza to a cheese factory store. Approximately one hour and 30 minutes are allotted for lunch.

Breakfasts and dinners for individuals sleeping in Centennial, Frontier and Territorial residence halls will be served in the Centennial Hall Dining Hall. For those sleeping in the Middlebrook residence all, your breakfasts and dinners will be served in the Middlebrook Dining Hall. Yes and no. The majority of food comes in a ready-to-cook state, meaning that you get all the ingredients, pre-portioned, pre-chopped, and pre-washed delivered to you. Two bad things can happen. The worst is that you can disrupt the surgery, which can cause a leak, which can be life threatening. The second is that you can cause the pouch to stretch. If the upper pouch stretches too much you will lose its effectiveness. Third, is that you will vomit. Vomiting is not fun. When in America, eat like the Americans. The staff generally receives the same food we give to the guests. Sometimes there are minor differences, but it is mostly the same menu. Our kitchen staff will have the meals out for staff in plenty of time, and there is always plenty of food.
