If the injury is soccer related, such as during team practice or on the playing field, it is your duty to inform an official of the league. Casts, splints or anything of that nature are not allowed on game day no matter how well they are padded. An open or bleeding wound will be cause for removal from the playing field by a referee.

The CJV club hopes everyone has an enjoyable and injury free season. In the event a player is injured and is unable to continue the season, every effort will be made to find a replacement player. The injured player may be given a partial refund if a new player is added to the team roster. (Not if a player is moved from another team.) Players quitting (for any reason) are responsible for their remaining balances.

If the season has not started and the uniform is returned in original condition you may be eligible to receive a full refund. Once a player ID card has been created (about August 1st in the Fall and February15th in the Spring) your refund is reduced by $40.

The University Health Center, a state of the art outpatient health care facility, is located on the corner of College Station and East Campus Roads. It is easily accessible by bus and has a free patient parking lot. The staff of 200, including 18 physicians and 65 health care professionals, offer a wide range of medical services including women's health, sports medicine, allergy shots, physical therapy, dental care and counseling.

If a credit balance on your account is the result of overpayment of tuition and fees, complete a “Application for Refund” form in the Office of Student Accounts. Refunds are wired to your bank account two days after your BAR account reflects a credit balance. If your injury or illness is found to be job-related, you may be entitled to receive medical care for the injury or illness, disability compensation for a portion of your list wages, rehabilitation services, and, in the event of your death, benefits payable to your survivors.

You will be enrolled into the State Workers Compensation Insurance Program prior to the start of any training. Safety standards will be strictly enforced at all times. You will be required to read and comply with all safety standards at all times. You are required to report any injury to your immediate supervisor.

Make sure you and your child understand the commitment involved. The games start the first week of April and the season ends in early June. If you are considering participating in both ALITHSA soccer and any other sport such as AAYO (baseball), football or hockey, be aware that you will experience many scheduling conflicts. Although it may seem possible to participate in both sports simultaneously, we strongly discourage this practice.

If both parties can agree on a specific amount, the court generally accepts that figure. Otherwise, child support is calculated based on both parties' incomes and the proportion of time the children spend with each parent. Please call us if you would like a computer calculation.

That depends on a lot of things. First, paternity needs to be established, and you can begin that process by getting a child support order through the court. The amount of child support you receive is based on Idaho Supreme Court guidelines, which considers the income of both parents. If you need help in establishing child support, you can contact Child Support Services at 1-800-356-9868 or your local Health & Welfare Office.

Children cannot file suit directly. In fact, children can't even hire a lawyer to file suit. When a child is injured due to medical negligence, it is up to the parents to hire a lawyer and file suit on his or her behalf. This is called a "next friend" suit. The parents file suit on behalf of the child as the child's "next friend.

Typically, we do not cover services that are available to you at no cost through state- or federally-funded programs. We also do not cover medical expenses not related to the child’s diagnosed birth defect and/or disease.

We have an RN on site and an urgent care clinic just 3 miles from camp. We also have ALS ambulances with paramedics and 3 air ambulance companies that serve our area just 3 minutes away from camp. Maybe! We have only two phone lines, so campers don't have access to call home at will. Parents are encouraged to call us to discuss any questions, concerns or just to get a "welfare check". There may be times when it will be appropriate for you and your child to speak. Please just call us first.

A training staff will be on hand for all minor injuries and preventative care. Medical clinics and a hospital are near the camp facilities and a mobile phone is on-site for emergency situations.

We have a medical kit available at every training session and some of our coaches are qualified in first aid. If the injury is more serious, we call on our partners FirstMed Centers for assistance.
