Install/Re-Install on New or Existing Computer. (Got New Computer or Computer Crashed.....Had to Re-Install Everything)

Yes there is and it is useful if you need to reformat your system but do not want to have to reactivate. The file is named wpa.dbl and is located in the System32 folder. The exact location of the file is X:\WINDOWS\system32\wpa.dbl where X: is the drive where you installed Windows XP. To restore the activation code, simply place the wpa.dbl file in the same location that you saved it from - This must be done in safe mode.

Before you can obtain an activation code, you will need to fill out the registration form and have this information available: Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, serial number for your software program and the registration number from your computer. Your registration number will be unique each time you install your software so you must have this number or the activation code will not work.

A:Activation code is stored in a small .dat file, located directly in your program's install folder, right next to the main exe file of the program. Nothing secret about it.

You must first purchase a license. After your purchase is confirmed you will recieve a confirmation email with your license information. Go to the Product Activation page and enter in your license information (Name, Company, and Serial) and the Site Code from the installed program's registration dialog box.

Make sure you enter in your license information exactly as is appears in your confirmation email. Please note everything is case sensitive. We also suggest you copy and paste values to avoid any confusion between the letters I and O and the numbers 1 and 0. If you still encounter problems, please email support@verticalmoon.com. Sometimes it can take a few minutes to arrive. Sometimes also, it could get caught up on some mail server filter software which can regard it as a spam. To resolve this, login with your username/password and opt to have it re-sent. If that fails again, please opt to enter a new email address and a new one will be generated and sent there. Note that Activation Code is changed once either of the above activity is performed.

The activation code is unique for each computer and will not work on any computer except the one on which the activation process was executed.

All your team members will have their own user id and password but will share a single Activation Code.
