Actually, this is simply a refresh problem. It just has not refreshed the original folder yet. By manually refreshing the original folder, you will see that the raster is actually not there anymore. The main scenario here is deleting a file (by mistake or intentionally) outside of Team Foundation and then trying the get that file back from source control.
