Travel Rewards (Flights, Cars, Hotels and Package Vacations) must be redeemed on the Phone with a Travel or Vacation Sales Specialist.

You can check your Account Information anytime on airmiles.ca. You may notice your most recent reward miles collected don't show up immediately. Please note that the transfer from Hbc Rewards Points to Air Miles can take up to 30 days to reflect on your Air Miles account. A minimum of 40,000 Hbc Rewards points must be redeemed. Points will be redeemed at the rate of 2,000 Hbc Rewards points for 1 AIR MILES? reward mile. Air Miles transactions cannot be reversed.
