Some of our feeds have trouble with Mac's Windows Media Player version 9. Go to download.com and download version 7 or 8 and try again.

We make every attempt to stay up to day with video streaming technology, so you may not have the latest plug-ins for viewing online multimedia. The most common fixes are the following:

The latest version of MediaMVP software supports the playing of DivX (up to DivX version 5.0). Download and install the MediaMVP software from http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/support/support_mediamvp.html a DivX video player on your PC. You can download a player from the DivX website at www.divx.com. Most DivX videos with either mono or stereo audio can be played through the MediaMVP Only one MediaMVP can be playing a DivX video at a time.

I receive an error message telling me that I have a failed network connection when the stream is suppose to start. Or when I try to open a video, it says that the file path is incorrect. I received a "connection to the server failed", "could not connect to the server", or something similar.

Our video collection has been converted to the mp4 standard which produces higher quality movies with smaller file sizes. If you experience difficulties playing our video files download the free Quicktime player. Please visit the Quicktime download page and follow the simple install instructions.

To play the videos you must have a video player such as Windows Media Player installed on your computer. Windows Media Player comes free with Windows so if you have windows it is guaranteed that you have Windows Media Player installed.

The audio presentation portion of our demo is presented as CD Audio. If you have a CD Player option for your computer, you will be able to hear the demo at your computer. Otherwise, any CD player will play the audio tracks of our demo CD.

RealAudio and RealVideo streams are encoded to play over a simple dial-up connection with enhanced play if viewed over a T1 line or LAN. The faster your connection, the better the quality will be. While most Real media on this site will work with older versions of RealPlayer, some high-end streams require RealPlayer G2 or greater. We recommend downloading the latest version of RealPlayer. Our DVD's are primarily non-region specific and will play in all countries. Any DVD that is region specific restrictions will be noted on the product page. The videos we sell are in VHS (NTSC) format. Please make certain that your viewing equipment is compatible with this format.

Currently the Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology does not support Macintosh operating systems. DRM is a Microsoft product and they have not made the technology available for Macintosh at this point.
