If you cannot remember your password you can enter your login name and click on the forgot password link. When you click on this link we will send you an email with your password. Click the "forgot password" icon on the login page. It will ask you to input the e-mail address you used when you filled out your account information. Once you have sent the request, your login and password will be mailed to that address.

a register customer, you will be asked to create a password, reminder question and answer that can be use to access your password if you forgotten it. Passwords can be reset by clicking on "Forgot your password?" in the My Account/Login link. This will bring up your question. Answer it correctly and you will be given your password.

Please go to "forget password' and enter your e-mail address. The password will be sent to your registered mailbox.

If you forgot your Login name, you can email us at websupportglobaltradenetworks.com stating your company name, and your personal details. Your Login name will then be forwarded the email address specified in your registration. For a forgotten password, click the "Forgot your password?" link to access your reminder question, answer the question correctly and your password will then be forwarded to your email address.

To recover a lost username and/or password, click on 'Lost Password' in the 'Registered User Login' box and enter your registered email address. Your user name and password will then be sent to the email address specified.

Use the Password Retrieval service. If you can't retrieve your password - send an email to griddlers_team (in English, please) from the email address that you used to register and we'll send it to you. The applets that make this site work are Java coded, therefore your web browser needs to be able to run Java (like: Microsoft IE 5.5 or later, Mozilla, Opera, Netscape). You also need to have the Java version that is compatible with your system.
