This error means that your wireless device is nor enabled, connected to nomadic or sending/receiving as it should. Make sure that the card is switched on. Some laptops have a physical switch on the laptop to turn the device on. Also, go to 'Network Connections' and make sure that the wireless connection is enabled. If you are using software provided by your cards manufacturer to configure your wireless adapter, make sure it is configured to use the SSID of nomadic.

Thanks to MT of Gateshead for this one. This particular code is used when the machine detects a pump problem or water draining problem (failure to properly pump all the water off in the designated time). The error messages in Outlook are somehow very cryptic and do not go straight to the point. Error messages starting with "0x...." are more helpful to technicians with Microsoft than most people. When you receive any sort of transmission error or have problems connecting, call your software vendor to have them check your dial-up numbers programmed in the modem. If necessary, have those numbers changed. On occasion, the networks go through a migration schedule which de-activates certain phone numbers, which then need to be replaced with new ones.
