Dedicated servers will be setup and released within 5 business days of the date your order was placed. In most cases the servers will be released sooner depending on availability.

We aim to get all dedicated servers setup and live within 4 hours during working hours. If there are any expected delays you will be notified of these in advance.

The initial setup takes approximately 15 minutes. Once the equipment is setup, it is ready to be utilized for each subsequent session. Any additional setup time for each patient is in the placement of the electrodes.

In most cases, servers can take between 30 minutes to 2 hours for setup. Although, setup could be up to 12 hours.
