SP918 is a typical Access Point which means SP918 is used to coordinate traffic between wired and wireless LAN. Wireless Adapter (like SP905A, SP906A, SP907A) could be linked to Ethernet through SP918. If you needed Access Points that could communicate with each other wirelessly, that means you want to connect two LANs. In that case, what you need is SP912. Two or more computers can connect to each other using NetBlaster II technology by peer to peer (Ad Hoc mode), or via the wireless Hub (Infrastructure mode). You should try increasing the switch time using "multinet changeparams -switch ". Also make sure the wireless zero config is turned off, and you are able to connect to the network.
