The majority of women come on our trips without knowing anyone else on it. You only pay a single supplement if you want to be assured of having a room to yourself. Otherwise we'll arrange roommates and usually switch several times during the trip. If you sign up with a friend and want to be sure you share a room for the entire trip, just let us know and we'll be glad to arrange it.

The single surcharge will guarantee a solo traveller an individual room of the same quality of the doubles and twins that are offered to the rest of the tour.

While Reformation Tours will try to match you with a roommate, we cannot guarantee one will be available. Therefore, you should try to find a roommate and notify us of your selection as early as possible. Drivers cause accidents not vehicles. Surcharges make sure that all drivers who cost the insurance fund pay more into the insurance fund. For a 1st accident, registered owners do this by paying undiscounted premiums*. Non-vehicle owners do this by paying a driver licence surcharge. We will send you two notices at which time the fees will increase. After that, we will turn the record over to a collection agency who will attempt to collect for us. This may affect your credit record.

You will receive a Notice of Administrative Surcharge Balance Due/Overpayment. Pay Phone Surcharges are mandated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and are designed to compensate pay phone operators for free phone calls made from their pay phones. The current FCC mandated surcharge is $0.55 per call. VIP passes this charge on to our customers, only when your call originates from a phone identified to us as a pay phone and the call is answered at the destination end.
