To find your PIN, You need to go to SETTINGS then OPTIONS then STATUS. Some BlackBerry Themes do not have the SETTINGS folder, so go to OPTIONS and then STATUS. Your BlackBerry PIN is a 8 character long hexadecimal number, with the digits 0 through 9 and A through F, i.e. 23AB9EF0.

TickerFactory.com does not use any registration system or ask for any personal identification (such as email address). Tickers using data that needs updating (weight loss, exercise...) only require you to know the ticker web address and the PIN protecting the modifications to its data. The PIN prevents unwanted modification of the ticker while allowing you to keep the same web address for your ticker.

CRUZCAT requires a personal identification number (PIN) for viewing your circulation record, renewing library items online, and placing holds. You will be asked to establish a PIN the first time you use one of these services in CRUZCAT. If you don't already have a PIN, enter the number or password you'd like as your PIN. You'll then be asked to re-enter your new PIN and confirm it by entering it a third time. You create your own PIN, the library does not assign one to you.

Call the customer service number on the back of your card. The Department of Workforce Development does not have access to your PIN. PIN issues must go through the Indiana Debit Card Customer Service Center.

When requesting a PIN, you'll need to provide your name, Social Security Number, date of birth, and mailing address, and submit your request. After that information has been verified with the Social Security Administration's records, a PIN will be generated. If you provide an e-mail address, you'll get an e-mail response in approximately three business days that contains a link to your PIN through the Internet.

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, you will need to request that it be sent to you again. If you think that someone else may know your PIN, or you believe your PIN may have been compromised when it was lost, we can generate a new PIN for you.

A PIN code is an alpha/numeric character made up of from 4 to 7 characters that a company or consultant creates for themselves. This code becomes your electronic signature when filing an application through RADIUS. The PIN code is case sensitive, therefore always use upper case for any alpha characters.

For added security, the requirements for the secret PIN will be strengthened. New restrictions will exclude PINs that consist of all consecutive numbers (ex: 123456 or 987654), PINs which consist of all the same number (ex: 111111), and PINs that contain alternating numbers (ex: 151515 or 808080).

On or about February 1, 2004, prior filers will receive, at the address of record, a PIN (with accompanying Access Instructions) to log in and test the system. Note that plan administrators who have multiple plans will only receive one PIN since you only need to establish one account to file for one or multiple plans. New filers can request a User PIN (to be sent by postal mail) at www.askebsa.dol.gov/mewa/.
