The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am. You may email a request to arrive at 1pm or depart at 2pm. The fee is $25 for each arrival or departure change. Most requests are granted if made at least 24 hours in advance. If a request has not been made and you depart late, you may be charged for an additional night.

Credit will not be given if you arrive late or depart early. If you are flying, please make sure your scheduled arrival and departure times allow for transit time.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your massage. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a case history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. Unfortunately no matter how late you start, your treatment will end at the allotted time.

You must participate in the entire program. The optimal arrival time is between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 12th, please do not arrive any later than 5:00 p.m. Dinner is the first meal provided for students. This dinner will provide an opportunity to meet your leaders, teammates and other POST participants. Some participants choose to arrive early (due to travel requirements, etc.), but those individuals must provide their own accommodations and transportation to campus on Sunday.

Due to the rigorous nature of the programs, students typically are not permitted to leave/arrive late/early. Students whose flight arrangements necessitate early arrival may arrive after 6 p.m. on Friday, June 29th, the evening before the official start of the program. If they make prior arrangements with the Student Affairs Office, they may stay in their assigned dorm room without additional charge for this night, but the meal plan does not begin until Saturday.

Campers are encouraged to arrive within 15 minutes of the camp start time so that everyone will have an opportunity to enjoy all of the day’s activities. It is especially important for campers to be on-time since we review the camp rules, make announcements and discuss the day’s activities at the start of the day. Campers who arrive at all different times throughout the morning may interrupt or delay activities.

There is a lockbox on the front of the office. You will be provided with the code. On arrival, you simply remove your welcome pack, directions and keys.

A Students may arrive late but must make sure to arrive by the date of the placement exam (see program itinerary), and students must let their appropriate admissions officer know at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the program. Students may also arrive early but must contact their appropriate admissions officer at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of the program to arrange early host family stay or hotel reservations.

Arrival is at 11AM, just as is departure, on the days you have scheduled your stay. On Fridays, arrival time could be arranged for as late as 5PM. We set this time so you are certain someone will be there when you arrive to deliver you to your cottage and, when you depart, to deliver you to your vehicle. You see, the parking lot is a quarter of a mile or more from the cottages and that's a very long haul carrying luggage and food.

In the case of the specialized programs, the dates appear on the program details. In the case of regular students, the arrival days are Saturday or Sunday (preferably Sunday). Departure is on Saturday morning.

Blindern Dormitories will open on Friday, June 22. You cannot move in prior to this date. The dormitories will close on Friday, August 3. You must be moved out by noon. Information on inexpensive, short-term accommodation in Oslo that may be available before and after the ISS is provided in the Pre-Arrival Information Bulletin sent out to accepted students. Each seminar is packed with information ? from the first moment to the last. The success of the seminar depends upon complete participation. Please make sure that your child arrives on time and stays until the very end. If there is an emergency and the student must miss more than 30 minutes of the seminar, we'll reschedule them to begin on another class date at no extra charge if you so desire .

Students traveling from a distance often need to arrive early or stay after a session. We are able to arrange accommodations in the residence hall at no charge. However, you must call our office at least FIVE days in advance of your session to make these arrangements. Please call 408-551-1995 and you will be given further instructions at that time. All students (including commuters) are required to stay in the residence halls during Summer Orientation.

No. We start at 1:00pm on Thursday and end at 4:00pm on Sunday; we cover a lot of material in just a few short days and everyone is required to be there the whole time. There are meal & snack breaks, and everyone sleeps at the facility. Part of what makes the workshop safe and so powerful is that everyone participates in all of it. TBW has many different experiences that are all important to the outcome; missing out on parts of it would just be confusing.

Once the contract is signed, it guarantees the availability of me or my back-up over a three to four week window mutually agreed upon by myself and the client based on her due date, medical history, number of pregnancies and births.

EPGY cannot accommodate students that arrive to the Summer Institutes prior to the beginning of the program or depart after the program has concluded.

If you expect to arrive after 7 pm on the first day of your stay, please let the Park know so that we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless the Park is previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 8 am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled.

It is required that every juror be in attendance before a trial can begin/ continue, so it is extremely important to report on time as the trial WILL BE DELAYED until every juror has reported.
