Currently we deliver to all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories. Additional delivery charges will be applied on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Furniture that ships via UPS or FedEx Ground typically will be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery.

Costs vary with the exact location and terrain of your home site. Your home will be shipped on Guildcrest’s specially designed flatbed trucks and we'll arrange for the crane that will offload and assemble the modules.

We use Priority Mail for all US orders. For international orders we ship via First Class International. Orders over $150 are sent International Priority.

We customarily ship customized urn in three to five working days. We ship to you using UPS and Federal Express, depending on your need. Our customer service team is familiar with shipping and delivery options and can easily give you estimates on your order.

If your order was damaged in delivery/shipping, please retain all packaging and wrapping materials for UPS or courier inspection. Examine the exterior of your packages carefully upon receipt and report any obvious damage to the shipping or courier company. In the event of damage, we will assist you in any way possible.

In order to better serve you, we offer three shipping methods ? Standard, Next-Day Air, and Two-Day air expedited delivery. Orders normally leave our warehouse within 48 hours from order placement and can only be shipped to the US, its possessions and APO & FPO addresses.
