If you are already a user of our PhoneTeller service you can register for BPAY® by selecting Option 6 from the PhoneTeller main menu. If the biller is not a participant in the network, the payment will not arrive as fast as it would if your customer's biller were participating. Instead of being sent as an electronic payment, a paper check/draft will be printed and sent to the biller through the mail. If the payment is due immediately, and the biller is not in our network, we will notify the biller that the payment has been received to prevent any action against the customer.
