For those events that occurred in Kansas certificates and records are available only from the Office of Vital Statistics, an agency of the Kansas Department of Health an Environment. You simply fill out the proper form (which the Office can provide you) and return it in person or by mail to the Office. Identification may be required, and expect to be charged a nominal fee for each copy requested.

Yes. Birth/Marriage/Death certificates are fairly easy to get, they'll take around 10 days to reach us. The government charges £7 for one, if you have ordered an investigation I can provide you with them for £7.50 each (50p covers my transaction fees paid to our bank). The British Columbia Vital Statistics Agency maintains a list of agencies holding microfilm copies, which may be accessed by the public. NH vital records are considered to be private and NH Statute restricts access to them to only those individuals who have a "direct and tangible interest" in the record. Certain older records are exempt from these access restrictions. Birth records prior to 1901 and death, marriage and divorce records prior to 1948 are available with unrestricted access. You may obtain a copy of your birth certificate in the town where your parents were residing at the time of your birth. A marriage certificate may be obtained from the town where your intention/license was filled out. A copy of a death record may be obtained from the town a person died in or where that person resided at the time of his death. Idaho began recording deaths in 1907 at the county level; however, not all deaths were recorded. The deaths that were recorded can be found at the Historical Library in the individual county records on microfilm. (They can also be found at the County Recorder's office in each county.) Beginning July 1, 1911 and continuing to the present, deaths have been recorded at the state level.

The Indexes are available on CD-Rom and microfiche at Queensland State Archives, the State Library of Queensland, at family history societies and at some local libraries. The indexes are not yet available online, however the Registrar-General is working towards putting them online as soon as possible. You may only receive a relative's birth record if you are doing genealogical research and the person is deceased (a special application form and proof of his/her death is required) or the person is 75 years of age or older. Birth records for genealogical purposes may be requested from either IDPH, Division of Vital Records or from the county clerk. Records filed prior to 1916 must be obtained from the county clerk's office in the county where the birth occurred.

The Office of the Registrar General, of the Government of Ontario has information on Ontario births (from 1908 onwards), marriages (1923 onwards), and deaths (1933 onwards).
