If you are the first seeder of a new torrent, make sure you dedicate as much bandwith as possible to upload this torrent. The bandwith for a new torrent should be at least 20kb/s, the more the better of course. Stop other uploads if needed. Go to Queueing in the options, set the ratio/time you want, check the box next to "Limit the upload rate to" and write 0. If you simply want to allocate less bandwidth, use a non-zero value. If you want seeding to take priority over downloading, turn on "Seeding tasks have higher priority than downloading tasks", which will make your downloads get queued. 0 means 0% for the ratio, -1 is infinite.
