The dentist may agree to file your insurance claim for you. However, if they do not, you may be required to pay the entire bill at the time services are rendered by the dentist. You will then be responsible for submitting a claim to CompBenefits for reimbursement. Your claim will be paid based on your Schedule of Benefits.
