You don't have to use a cover, but it is recommended because it will protect your mattress (the mattress fits inside the cover) and is removable for easy cleaning. You are able to choose from a variety patterns and colors to give it the look you want. See the covers page to see the selection.

We have supplied memory foam toppers to many satisfied sofa bed customers. The foam mattresses which come supplied as standard with most sofa beds will never give the required support for a half-decent nights sleep. The Trusleep T300 topper is your best option for sofa bed use. Most sofabed mattresses are not the same size as bed mattresses and would have to be ordered through our custom size option.

Most upholstery leather comes from a cowhide that is shaped irregularly and not all of it is suitable for use. The hide is approximately 7 feet x 7 feet. If you are experienced in working with fabric you can refer to the chart below for the proper conversion for different widths of fabric (18 square feet leather = 1 yard of 54 inch fabric). This takes into account any waste you will have due to the irregular shape of the leather. If you need very large cuttings you may need additional hides.

Yes, water beds won’t give you as much support as regular mattresses, but the Bedge will still be effective. Typical wedges are much shorter than the Bedge. They may simply bend the neck and elevate the head, without raising the esophagus above the stomach. Unless you elevate the whole upper body, you’re not getting gravity to work for you in keeping acid from refluxing. In addition, the Bedge is made of an extra firm polyether and has a comfortable, "egg crate" sleeping surface.

The sofa does not open into a bed - it's just a darn great sofa! It's very comfortable to lie down on, though, and after a late night of studying (or partying) you may certainly want to do this. All heat sources need to be made safe for your animal. Snakes especially will coil around a warm spot to absorb heat. If that warm spot happens to be a ceramic heat emitter or even incandescent light, it will result in burns. Absolutely! The Vet-Temp's ® calibration is based on having a probe cover installed. Failure to use a cover will lead to inaccurate readings. The probe cover is also designed to keep the probe optical window free from dirt and ear wax. If the Vet-Temp probe is inserted in the ear without a probe cover the optical window can also become damaged.
