GPRS Data Block is the minimum amount of data that you have to pay for when transmitting data over GPRS. For example, a data block of 10KBytes means that the amount of data you pay for is rounded to 10KB. If you transfer 11KB - you pay as if it was 20, you transfer 59KB and pay for 60.
