We will suggest to be at the airport 2 hrs before the flight due to the high airport security delays.

We ask that patrons arrive at the terminal 90 minutes before departure and, after checking in at the ticket counter, proceed to the security checkpoint ASAP.

All volunteers must arrive at Kotoka International airport, in Accra . Global Crossroad and its staff will not be able to pick you up from a different location.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority recommends arriving two hours before a domestic departure, or three hours before an international departure (or a domestic departure connecting to an international flight at another U.S. airport), but please check directly with your airline for specific recommendations.

The airport is open 24 hours per day; however, each airline sets its own hours of operation which is dictated by its flight schedule, therefore please contact your airline directly to determine how early you may check-in for a flight.

Due to security procedures, most airlines will not allow passengers to check in for a flight if there is less than 30 minutes to scheduled departure time. Arriving at least 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure allows for 60 minutes to proceed through screening and arrive at the gate 30 minutes before departure. Allow additional time for dining and shopping, if necessary.

Since OXC is a public-use airport, mandatory curfews and fines are prohibited by the 1990 Airport Noise and Capacity Act. Voluntary curfews can be implemented, but would be up to the discretion of the operator/pilot. For on-demand charter services, such as those based at OXC, voluntary curfews may not fit their business model, and therefore, compliance may be limited.

NORTHWEST AIRLINES PASSENGERS are required to arrive for check-in approximately one hour prior to departure time of flight. WESTJET AIRLINE PASSENGERS are required to arrive for check-in approximately two hours prior to depature time of flight. SUNQUEST AND SIGNATURE PASSENGERS are required to arrive for check-in approximately three hours prior to departure time of flight.

Please arrive an hour before your scheduled flight to ensure that all flight arrangements and security measures are complete. Ticket counter and flight closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

If you have tickets in your possession you should check in at the airline counter no less than 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you have reservations, but do not have tickets in your possession, allow more time and check with your airline.

The recommended arrival time is 90 minutes before departure. This time may be adjusted for holiday and other busy travel days.

We will monitor the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport at the time of landing. If you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

We schedule our drivers to meet you 30 minutes after your arrival time, to allow for baggage reclaim and passport control. If we have a driver available and we are aware of an early arrival, then you will be met. If however, our schedule does not accommodate an early pick-up, please remain in the terminal and your driver will be with you as quickly as possible.

Our standard procedure involves monitoring all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or early arrival our driver will be there.

We will check the flight status on the day and your chauffeur will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands. if you have made other arrangements your chauffeur will arrive according to those arrangements. We always allow a generous cushion of time to deal with delayed flights. On rare occasions an extremely long delay may result in us being unable to meet your flight personally. If this happens then we will first try to engage another company to meet you.

We would like for you to arrive about 15 minutes early. Also we schedule an additional 30 minutes to your flight time for you to take photos, ask questions and for us to brief you before the flight. The time spent on the ground before and after the flight is part of the whole experience, and we don't want to rush you. So an early arrival will greatly assist us in staying on schedule.
