Three years old is generally the age most studios start taking children. If the age requirement is younger than that, the child should at least be potty trained.

I have given riding instruction to people from 4 to 62. To truly teach riding skills and style, a good age to begin is around 7 years old. Younger students can benefit from lessons by becoming comfortable around horses - both on the ground and on the horse. Its never too late to learn to ride and enjoy all that horses have to offer.

Colic, gas and reflux usually become evident in babies from as early as two weeks of age. Most parents of two week olds have found it best to start with just a few drops, gradually adding more if needed (not to exceed the recommended one half teaspoon per dose). You can learn at any age, however the younger you are when you start, the better. There are many people who began learning Japanese for the first time at college and became fluent in Japanese later. Actually some of my students have more knowledge and much better language skill than average native Japanese. The only problem they have is pronunciation. They speak, write and read fluently but can't pronounce certain words correctly like a native Japanese.

It depends on the instrument, their physical size and attention span. Their attention span must long enough to concentrate during the lesson and practice for 10 minutes or more at a time. The ages given here are simply a guideline: Piano -- Children can begin as early as age 5. Your child should be able to recognize numbers one through five and understand the correlation between the numbers on the page and the finger numbers.

No, we welcome children and adults of any age or skill level. If your child is willing to try, we can teach them.

We currently offer group classes for students from 4 1/2 yr old, on a trial basis and they usually work out fine. We have successfully worked with several kids under the age of 4 in a one-on-one setting. If you wish to try this out, I would recommend booking just one lesson to try it out first.

You are required to fill out an application form and go through an interview process. You must be in reasonably good health and have a sincere desire to learn and improve yourself. No previous experience is required, and you don't have to be in good physical shape.

Each case is different. Throughout my 10+ years of teaching I have found that there is not a set answer for this question. Some children can start at age 5 without a problem, while others need to wait a bit longer. As a general rule, I tell parents it is best to wait until their child is in the first grade. In my opinion, the student needs to have a good handle on the alphabet and needs to understand very basic math. It is an added bonus if the student can read.
