Certification (VA form 22-1999) is the information your school's certifying official sends to the regional processing office. The student's enrollment dates, training status, transfer credits and class standing are all a part of the certification. The sooner you turn in your paperwork, the sooner you will start receiving your monthly benefits. Rule of thumb: Turn in your forms as soon as possible after class registration to ensure a timely certification.

If you are not a Nevada resident, you will need a copy of your marriage certificate. You may also need evidence regarding your situation to prove your grounds for the annulment.

Each District manager makes sure that City services are there when you need them. The manager also makes certain that pot holes are filled, graffiti is removed, and that the outside of buildings and lots meet neighborhood standards. The latest 30 days before the wedding BUT before you send them to us, you have to fax them or email them to check them and tell you if they are ok or if something is missing. If you send them without our confirmation and the papers are not correct, the wedding will be cancelled.

It depends on how long it takes for your insurance company to approve your surgery. Once they approve the treatment, it is just a matter of scheduling the pre-op work and scheduling the surgery. Please allow three weeks after submitting your papers before you call to check for the status.

The Answer Center should be your first stop in seeking answers to many of your questions. At the Answer Center you will find cross-trained Student Services Specialist knowledgeable of admissions, financial aid, advising and many other areas. They are available to work with you on a walk-in basis. The purpose of the Answer Center is to assist students in completing the majority of the application and enrollment process in one location.

Decal requests are processed when they are received. Depending on the workload, it normally takes one or two days to process a request and 3-5 days for it to arrive via the US Mail. Requests presented in person will be filled on the spot and the entire process takes about 5 minutes.

General questions can be answered by e-mail or telephone. If you wish to have CAP investigate a complaint, the process can be started by telephone. CAP cannot begin an investigation until they receive your signed permission form. The forms are available in our office; via mail or fax; or on our Web site at www.NVDETR.org. For all position types, a Position Action Request Form (PAF) must be competed. For Staff positions, a PAF along with a completed Employee Work Profile (EWP, Parts I and II only), and an Organization Chart (See Sample Organization Chart) make up the request packet.
