Your Personal Care Coordinator (PCC) will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. You can look forward to accommodations near the hospital that are equal or superior to those found in any major city. Your PCC will help you register and see that you're settled into your room. Once you are comfortable, he or she will go over your schedule with you and answer any questions you may have.

We ship standard UPS ground within 24 hours of placing your order--average delivery time is 3-4 business days unless "rush" shipping is requested (Next Day or 2nd Day Air).

You can expect in-stock items to be processed and shipped out of our facility within 48 hours period. Items sent via regular shipping can be expected to arrive within 15 business days from date of order. Items sent via our Express Delivery can be expected in 3-4 business days after leaving our facility.

The customer is responsible for knowing all shipping regulations in their own country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend the package, once, at our expense, as a courtesy to the customer. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, we will bear no further responsibility. We have not yet had a case where two shipments to the same customer have been seized by customs. We're sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for seized shipments.

We estimate that between 3 and 5% of all orders are seized by customs. If your order is unfortunately seized and held by customs we will reship to you as per our reship policy. If you have not recieved your order within 28 days of the shipping date we promise to reship. Please contact us when the 28 days has expired and we will organise the reship at our expense.

Orders are filled as soon as the orders are processed. Often after a show, it takes two weeks to process the orders, another week to fill them and a few days more to ship them. As we are a small company, we ask for your patience. If you have a special need or are trying to fill your own embroidery orders, let us know and we will try to accommodate you. We may offer one of the following options should there be and unacceptable delay: CANCEL your order.

Delivery times can vary. Once your order ships, please allow 4-6 business days for your order to arrive.
