No. M.LINE cells can be facing just about any direction when the initial assembly is being done. When running more than one subwoofer in an enclosure, you'll need to decide between using a common chamber (where all subwoofers run in the same airspace) or a separate chamber enclosure (where each subwoofer has its own airspace). It is relatively easy to connect a HSU subwoofer to certain computer sound cards. These sound cards have a dedicated subwoofer output. Without a subwoofer output on the card, it is still possible to hook up a VTF or STF-3 subwoofer, since these subwoofers have stereo inputs. That is a good question. Let's be clear. Not everyone needs speakers or subwoofers as good as SVS makes. But heck, not everyone "needs" a home theater or music room either.
