If you are getting 'Session Timed Out' errors each time that you try to log in, you are not allowing 'cookies' on your computer. Cookies are how the student email system maintains your login information and you need to allow them in order for your student email session to work. This is changed in the 'Privacy' settings in Internet Explorer. Move the slider to 'Medium High' and then click on Apply. Any setting higher than that will prevent the student email from working correctly.
