A - The account address book is the list of all defined members, organizers, and administrators and is available to all organizers scheduling meetings. Organizers may also specify additional contacts to their own personal address books.

Any edits on the SIM card entries in your Personal Address Book will also send the updates to your SIM Phone Book Backup. In fact you can also change a non-SIM contact to SIM entry (up to maximum of 250 SIM entries) to have it uploaded to the SIM Phone Book Backup.
