No, there is no evidence to suggest that removing all of the moles would reduce the risk of skin cancer. However, it is important to be alert to atypical moles, especially those exhibiting changes in appearance (in colour or at the edges), and to screen those individuals that are known to run a high risk, either from a family history of melanoma mortality or of atypical moles.

I have several small pink bumps at the top of my inner thigh...also what appears to be a very tiny skin-tag at the edge of the skin on my clitoris. Does this sound like genital warts? I think I may have been exposed about 2 years ago. If you see volcano-shaped hills of dirt up to 24 inches tall in your yard, golf course or field, you most likely have a burrowing mole on your property below the surface setting up a den.
