In IMP webmail, click Address Book icon on the top icon bar => Import/Export => Export. Then choose the path and directory to save the address book. Use the MS Excel program to open the saved address book. Click the Message Source link on top to open a new window. In this window, assume you're using the IE browser, click menu View => Encoding => and select the foreign language, e.g. "Chinese Traditional (Big5)" or "Chinese Simplified (GB2312)" or "Unicode (UTF-8)".

To export an address book, just click on "Export". The address book will be extracted as a .CSV file, .xls, .Microsoft Outlook.

Eudora does not allow any export of Address Book. Using Outlook Express, import the address book from Eudora into Outlook Express. And then, using cBizOne, import the contacts directly from Outlook Express into cBizOne.

Check to make sure that the email settings are correct and functional outside the calendar program, then make sure that the reminder.cgi program is installed correctly. To import your Microsoft Outlook® Address Book to your BlackBerry Internet Service Address Book, please follow these steps: From the Microsoft Outlook® main screen go to File > Import and Export. The Import and Export Wizard appears. From the Choose an action to perform list, select Export to a file then click Next to continue. The Export to a file window appears.

In order for the GroupWise address book to be sorted by last name, the last name column should be the first one that appears in the address book. Another easy way to add names into your Address Book is QuickBuilder. QuickBuilder setup allows you to search your Yahoo! Mail messages for contacts and add them to your Address Book. It's easy and fast!

When you download Backup Assistant, you will be guided through a series of steps that will create an account for you and backup your address book for the first time. Backup Assistant will safely backup any subsequent changes to your address book either automatically, at a schedule that you set, or manually, depending on the schedule option you select when you first create your account.

You only need to have the views ($Users), ($PeopleGroupsFlat), and ($PeopleGroupsHier) in your database. You also need the ($NamesFieldLookup) view if you want people to be able to begin typing the name in the To: field and have Notes find it automatically in the address books and fill in the rest.

In the Choose an action to perform list, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next. Note: Large distribution lists may not be populated. To send a message to somebody directly from the Address Book, just click on their e-mail address, under the "Mail To" column. You will then be taken to the "Compose Message" page, where you can type and send your message.

You can access several different views of your Inbox by using the View command above your messages. Click the arrow to reveal a menu with the following choices: All Messages, Messages from My Contacts, Messages from Unknown Senders, Unread, and Flagged. When you choose "Messages from My Contacts" from the menu, you will see a view of your Inbox that displays only messages sent from people whose email addresses are in your Address Book.
